This is one of my favorite story!! But the cover and synopsis on mangabuddy are not the right ones. I found another synopsis:
Leo and Alexis lived in the same town when they were young, they were best friends. Both loved going to the Green Rock Lake's summer camp near their town. But during summer, when they were eleven, Alexis fought with Leo for a stupid reason and they were no longer friends. After that they never saw each other again because of their family situations. But during summer, when they were eighteen, they met again at Green Rock Lake

That's just the beginning. This story is so sweet and kind of sad and the art style is very pretty, I really recommend reading it! ☺️
