If she has a body of water just next to her house, why does she look so dirty? I get that there isn't any soap, but girl wash your clothes and jus look clean. If the water is cold then don't bathe at night, do it while the sun is up. There's no point in looking so dirty when everyone already treats you bad for your pungent body odor. The least you can do is try your best to be clean.
Apart from being dirty she's extremely malnourished, I can't believe I'm crying over a fictional character but seeing the state she's in really breaks my heart.
