(he does in the novel, it's written not just implied) this could be just an issue with the artist not being able to draw that cuz it's out of their skill set or confort zone, or maybe an adaptator issue, (well seo yu specifies he's 6 months in so the artist could have taken the initiative to draw the bump but oh well) but beyond who made the decision not to draw the bump, it may just be a good reflection on how sex is often (in hentai and other media) associated with pregnancy, but it souldn't , cuz sex is just the result of lust, while pregnancy WILL result in the deterioration of the mother's health and the crreation of another human, witch is a subject of it's own, but point is it's problematic to associate sex (as in the result of lust) with pregancy cuz it normalizes it and takes away from how serious of a matter it is.
i got lost what i was trying to say is that society (men) want the sex without the bump (consequences) just like how irl women are pushed to have kids but when their bodies are changed by it , suddenly they're ugly and don't take care of themselves.
