This is kinda confusing but here is what I think. I think since the blue eye killed the cult leader now he is he pretending to be him a new "vessel" and the people believe the leader who died has his soul transferred to the blue eye guy. I DON'T KNOW WHY HE IS FILMING HIM ALL THE TIME and this here the old leader used to tell the red eye guy to "confirm" him basically a blow job these guys are all brainwashed but I can't help but think does the other guy really not know also there are many confusing parts here oh also that red eye guy and our mc have meet before childhood connection
