@Sayu He had a moment where he realized he was wrong for using the mc and made an attempt to make up for hurting his feelings. He gave him a fair chance at the company, stopped the other guy from using him as an errands boy and made sure he had a comfortable work space for his team. I cant remember if he directly apologized. But there just hasn't been anything too drastic happening in the story for us to get a big redemption arc
