AiChaaa, I hope you are okay. Stay warm and drink hot fluids so you don't suffer panful cramps

Ps if your cramps are too bad do take some warm water with ginger every 2 or 3 hours sometimes it does help or drink some fenugreek boiled water it worked for my Devils incarnation cramps (if it's too bad to the point I can't move from bed I do take my med).
