Or Tei is going to try and become his own knight
Personally, I'd be happy if Tei participates in the tournament and wins. Because it's a way to make a name for himself, using his strengths and skills. This is great for Tei, who hasn't yet found his role in Arnata. And he will feel comfortable in his familiar environment in all this knight thing (lately he’s been like a fish out of water)
At the same time, he'll be able to show everyone that he's not just a wife/concubine/empress/someone who exists here only because of Shuraka, but an independent and strong person.
And it will scare their enemies at the same time!😂
And it's good for his relationship with Shuraka. I don't think Shuraka understands how strong Tei is (and neither do we, the readers), despite Tei being there for him during his childhood.
Overall, I'm looking forward to it.
