Well. He is technically super human, kind of like Skyler from Heroes was. In that his super power is mental based and situational (he can learn any skill imaginable to the highest level.  But only if it's part of a script.).

(Skyler could also learn any skill / ability.  But only after personally killing a Super.)

@Ashanna Hensley (Ren) I know he is. That's why I said low superhuman and low combat power, because he's still on the human level when it comes to combat.
