(Part two of first comment) In the beginning, Omegaverse iheon must've forgot which is why he, at first, acted so cold to Humin. Then he remembered the fact that he traveled back multiple times to change his and Humin's outcome. I think every time omegaverse Iheon has traveled back to save Humin, something little triggers the original timeline back in motion. I think this time it'll be this Humin gaining omegaverse Humin's memories that'll be the catalyst to put the original timeline back in motion. The reason I think this is because remember when non-omegaverse iheon kept talking about how no matter how much the person tried to change their fate by doing several different things, the original outcome always remains? I believe that the anomaly of non omegaverse Humin coming here is the "solution" to fixing the issue of never being able to change fate. (Hence why the author keeps making it a point to seperate the 21 year old Humin and 30 yr old Humin with the "I'm not Humin" and the "You're still Humin"). However, if this Humin were to regain the memories of the omegaverse Humin, the original outcome will be set back in motion. But I don't think omegaverse Iheon knows that much. I think omegaverse Iheon is still under the impression that this is omegaverse Humin, not knowing he's from a different timeline, and he just thinks he's lost his memories and really has split personality disorder. In that case, the reason he doesn't want Humin to regain his memories is because he doesn't want him to leave and set the original timeline back in motion somehow, and doesn't want him to suffer. This is my overthinking theory 😰! My regular theory is more closely aligned with everyone else is suspecting at the moment.

To establish, I think this Humin is indeed from a different timeline and somehow ended up in another universe's (the conditions, physics, etc are different which explains the omegaverse aspect) timeline. The reason I think this is because this Humin doesn't even understand or fully conceptualize the idea of omegaverse (not being able to smell his own phereomes, thinking of it as a fantasy). Even if he were to lose his memories and have DID (split personality), he would still at the very least remember something as important as omegaverse as it's inherent to the world. However, on the flip side, THIS Iheon is indeed the omegaverse Iheon, aka hes from this universe and timeline unlike THIS Humin. I believe omegaverse Iheon has lived through several loops of the original timeline in order to save Omegaverse Humin--not this Humin, his OWN Humin. But I don't think he realizes that this Humin really is from a different timeline. Because if he really lived through multiple loops of this timeline, or traveled in the past multiple times to save Humin, he would've expected this new personality from Humin already. But the fact that it's a complete 180 to Iheon too, this is an anomaly. AKA non-omegaverse Humin's presence is an anomaly and preventing fate from keeping the original timeline in check.
So my theory is - this is real life. Whatever happened in the "book" has actually happened in their past lives where Iheon treated Huimin like shiit. Huimin's dream...that he apparently forgot while he woke up. The one where he killed himself after Iheon died protecting him. Didn't he say something like "let's meet in our next lives and love each other and have a happy ending" or whatever, right before he sh0t himself?
So what if the new reincarnated Huimin thinks he's a normal human being with a mom and sisters and a best friend named Iheon, and has somehow isekai-ed into an omegaverse book he read about the main characters having the same names as him and his friend, has his memories from his past life but thinks it's a story of a book, and now the hospital sessions and the dreams are making him remember his actual past life? Meanwhile during the start of the manhwa, reincarnated Iheon didn't have his past life memories (had his hair up) but somehow in the middle he regained all of his memories (kept his hair down) and remembers why and how much he had hurt Huimin so he tried to be soft (successfully) to Huimin and loved him and doesn't want Huimin to regain his past life memories because of the ✨trauma inflicted by yours truly✨

What if Iheon also came like huimin from future or in book, as we know huimin has a friend Iheon. And he wanted to fix everything so he came, also knows all story like huimin. (Nvm just thinking...)
So Im guessing while Old Huimin was in the Omega house, he was kidnapped, had a miscarriage, lost his memories, and was sold to the auction and THAN New Huimin was rescued. This just my theory. Seems he was pregnant once already and losing your child/having a miscarriage can do serious psychological damage. Plus it explains why ML already has a child's name prepared.
