Man was so focused on the Tou he forgot about Kan'ou who is literally the Vanguard of the Ouki army, man has survived at the forefront throughout all those battles, you don't go down that easy.
this nerf on xin better be over after this. After he heal up and is ready for another fight i want to see him beat the bricks out of who ever unless it's someone's that's a dog and another thing. Xin army is filled with a bunch of broken armies, and they not weak why the fk his army not stomping mfs. I expect the men from the broken units to be better and have so much experience
why are they acting like this is the first time ever shin has defeated someone in single combat, it's all he has done since the beginning of the story, it should be expected by now, and yes I know that many of the soldiers of the hi Shin unit are new recruits blah blah blah, it's the veterans of the hi Shin unit that I'm talking about that are acting like they have never seen this as well, when many of them have been fighting with Shin since the beginning, the only thing that should be a shock to them and us, is that he struggled this badly against a scrub a** general who hasn't fought for years supposedly, what I would give for the story to go back to the days of ouki killing scrubs like this in a single shot, horse and all, saying to all those in attendance on the battlefield, if you're not at houken level or above, you're going to die instantly, da** those were the days, I know that kingdom is historical fiction loosely based on history, but I'm starting to wonder if killing off ouki and kan ki was mistake, because the story has done nothing but go downhill ever since.
