It's sad how realistic this chapter was for construction workers. My father worked in construction and got injured when I was a baby. He got laid off without any hazard pay as it was during the 2008 recession. The heat, cold, rain and weather makes it difficult to bear with the rigorous activities. Some small jobs should be appreciated more, especially blue collar workers/jobs.
