He'd never have passed the first test. Yet this brat sends highly skilled assassins after the kid, and is willing to get himself in some level of trouble just to personally attack him. Since there's probably some rules about how badly you can attack another student outside of training. (With this bunch, probably a "if you make us have to pay attention to the bullying, you're in trouble" rule.)
