This is quite boring. It literally just jumps around trying to be funny, but it's not really hitting the mark. It's more annoying than anything. I'll give this a few more chapters, but I can see why it's rated sooo low. Power levels don't make sense either. How can he knock out the goddess or even hurt her? I know power levels don't matter in a comedy, but it has to at least logically work.
at the very end, this fellow demonstrated he had guts, anyway, i wonder what the demon queen's plan was at the end... sure, she conquers the whole world, then what?, the demons die from starvation due to burning and destroying everything?
