Okay so I wouldn’t put it pass me that MC and ML imprinted on each other when they were babies. Explains why ML is extremely attracted to MC pheromones also would explain why he was a virgin probably couldn’t smell pheromones on other omegas due to imprinting. Also the gray omega looks like he lost his alpha and that’s why he’s having a hard time psychologically and his skin color is off. Or maybe he forcefully removed his mark and that’s the side effect which would also explain his self harming habit around his neck.
