To much duplicate chapter

For the past few days, I've noticed that the number of duplicate or wrong chapters is breaking records.
Example: We go from 147 to 848 then 149 and 848 is a old chap. Or 147 to 148 but they are the same.  
This was already happening before, and it was usually fixed fairly quickly, but now there are more and more errors, and they're not often resolved. I don't know what's going on but it's a little bit annoying when you need to find 50% of your chapter on other website.
