The only reason people are saying this is wholesome is because he's handsome.... If at all this manga had a mediocre art and not an handsome Seme, everybody would've shouted how childish he is, he doesn't have conscience, nobody should bear with him..
He's a grown a** man who can't do anything and troubles everyone around him....You are a grown up you should take care of yourself not throwing tantrums and forcing people to take care of you....
