fever dream of a manhwa

Probably one of the best manhwas ive read so far, i wonder if theres a lightnovel or smth

It's kinda bad ngl cuz it was looking good from ch 1 until he found his future wife with another man it looks like they won't be together and also it's kinda bad cuz this is not reality is not game what does it means dud. It looks so indifrent then other manhwa. Instead of this manhwa ngl manhua would look better with story and everything if they had made

part of this is the sims from the perspective of a sim. the other part is the player's perspective: a heavily bullied high school girl trying to relieve stress by essentially torturing the sim & messing around with the world (standard sims gameplay). she is unaware that the sim is sentient.
the plot progression has hope for both of it's character's so it isn't all depressing all the time. this is a comedy, a drama, and is mildly(...?) psychological. 
the sim can be an a****** (sometimes with good reason), and the girl is the villain from the sim's perspective.

this was fun and captivating.

it had so much promise in the beginning but then it fuc**** turned sh**. would not recommend if you have anger issues
