I believe overall the story is very one sided. The MC was given a path of favouritism have experience of 20+ years working in " one of the best hospitals in Korea" also in his past life. Taking ideas of others in his past life. We don't see it but the amount of people who's life he stole is just brushed off by him saying it should be ok? I mean it's a good story but the mc feeling very justified over these actions without any thought is a bit bitter to the mouth.
but as you know for the MC to rise a lot of good and bad people are made to be cannon fodder which is too obvious in this story.
