Summary

A few decades back, humanity went to war against strange beings such as werewolves and witches, and was on the verge of defeat. The solution to breaking this deadlock was the human weapon created by Dr. Frankenstein. Time passes, and Vic, a mysterious girl, is traveling with Stein, a large man covered in scars.
