Time in the capsule is indeed slower, so a time dilation of 1:30 in game would still be 1:30 irl, meaning time is always slower in the world where mc is not present. For example, 3 hrs irl(with no mc) was 30days in game(for mc), so 30 days irl(for mc) would be 3 hrs in game(with no mc).

Since the capsule is synced with the players, I'm guessing I was right and the world is paused in his absence, so his "brother" is probably fine.
