I was at first so convinced ian was gonna like leave behind everything and leave with jo. but rereading made me realise that this was also a foreseeable outcome, I was just too blinded by jo's segment of the story to realise that tj and ian loved each other as well. I'll give this a proper proper read later, (now that I dont need to be scrolling at basically lightspeed for the plot)
