The ending felt really rushed

It's far from being my comfort manga it's more like a realization manga where I just cannot explain what I'm feeling right now but everyone that ever read MADK knows and experience this feeling.

Well... It had me crying 
The scene where he said he loved him and shot himself... 
I loved the plot reallyyyyyy much but the ending was rushed and It disappointed me 😔 
Still I would 100% read this again.

This is sooo f up that reading this was kinda misserable for me to be honest 
And the 6 pregnancies (im not counting the misscariagess caused by ra** on the streets) is just crazy. LIKE the whole plot is about him being pregnant with a crazy Dude that doesn't know when to stop
Him just dying would be a better outcome than this whole "new life" thing
Just saying...
