Yeah its obvious that the friend is lying but i also think its better like this. The mc wouldn't get his life really together if he would have just gone back to him.
@The Void I have read solo leveling 3 times Nothing can compare to it... I really wanted to see what happens after the end. But i was really sad to see it like that bc. i dont really understand and i think its not just me. There are some side stories that i love but all together i dont know how they connect. I was really sleepy when i wrote my first comment. And i was really sad and angry that the end end didnt give the satisfaction that i/we wanted. Maybe if i reread the side stories i will have a better understanding but still dont like it this way...

What the heck is this??!!??? Since our dear author passed away the chapters got tangled and so complicated to understand...
