Mj- a person who was part of 'the murdered children incident' and one of the only survivors. Left traumatized and murderous
'Father'- another person who was apart of 'the murdered children incident'  also one of the only survivors. Was just a sick kid or was sick after the incident (not clear) 
Gun man- the first patient we see doc with and the one responsible of father becoming father, MJ being traumatized and twisted, and the whole chase of the doctor man. Not sure why he did it but maybe.. Father's cousin.. Or father or someone was in charge 
Gun man was a insane man to say the least and cause the dead of a few children awhile back when MJ was a kid. One day the gunman pretends to be the bus driver for the preschool MJ attended, he drove in the forest and released the kids one by one. The only survivors were MJ and 'father'. Father was always a sick kid and I believe that incident made him worse, the reason why he sees MJ and him as one is because they were hurt as one, scared as one, traumatized as one, that uniting them as one but as we know there's two wolfs. And father is not wrong, think of it MJ loves doctor and has him hunted down in a corner as his prey for his self satisfaction, he doesn't want doc to leave him so does father. Father loves the game, father loves having doctor in these corners. But there is one question in my mind, are they United in crack or is father uniting them with crack? Is father using crack or is crack using father being the ultimate father? Or does it go deeper..

Wait did he move on? Did his soul go by bye because he was finally able to move on?

I think we can agree this had so much potential to be an amazing story..

it all makes sense. 
The reason why "father" and MJ have "relations" and is "similar" is because they were put in the similar situation. But MJ chosen a different path than "father" maybe that's why MJ is also being hunted down as well? And also when the very first chapter where MJ meets doctor... Maybe MJ was hunting the doctor down for "father" 🫢
