Bro, the grand uncle is soooo stupid. He could have used that opportunity to kill the mc but nooooooooooo. And bruh, the mc just ran to her grandpa to help but did not deal with any of her uncles. She should have stab the swordmaster uncle first then heal both of them since the grand uncle is not so much of a threat to her other than his magic with is already weaken from using it. Mc is so lucky that she is the mc with plot armor

I think the answer to your first question is in one of the chapters where the mushroom thing explains that if Inferna doesn't become an evil dragon, the world might collapse or something. I might be wrong so take it with a grain salt
