It was really a peak manhwa 
I mean people have problem with dohwa 
But genuinely feel like ,dohwa would have really loved dojun a lot ,unlike the shi*** doctor who would constantly make him feel insecure ,its disgusting I know but dohwa fell for his brother from a young age since he knew he was adopted and was not his real brother ,he fell for him deeply ,but couldn't do anything bc he was afraid of his brother hating him .he never wanted to see dojun sad or unhappy thts why he got furious when he knew the shi*** doctor was hurting him and the way the shi*** doctor commented on dojun to his frnds was disgusting amd pathetic ,he even acted like tossing him around his frnds was fine ,how disgusting I found the doctor .I feel like none of them should end up with dojun 
But if I have to choose between those two ,I would choose his brother for a million times
