Soohyun did not mind if our devil would be killed, he said he's not friends with our devil. For indeed if someone has loved you truly, they wouldnt want you to never find love again and to live in pain over the loss of themselves. 
All what is required, is for you to only think of the cherished, good days spent togheter and to never forget about them fully, but to only think about the happy times spent togheter. For loving someone else doesnt mean that you never loved them or that you stopped loving them because such love doesnt dissapear, you just harbour another strand of love for someone else too, while they still have a place in your heart until your last days. Fear not, we have big hearts, we can always love another too, while you still hold a place for the loved one that is no longer living in your heart. Grief is something hard to overcome.

So so beuatiful, for many wouldnt understand what Killian has done, but alas, it is what it needs to be done and what is right. Recognizing grief and the sentiments of another, trying to understand them and offering a shoulder to cry on, is what should always should be done. I love the story, for the plot is amazing, and the characters are even more so.
