@Stella not saying I agree with the professor and what she is doing but I shall give at least an explanation to the adultery that is happening. South Korea is a VERY VERY conservative (homophobic) country and gay people are severely bullied, harassed, (sometimes assaulted!) and have went to the extreme of taking their lives because of it. So, I think in the professors eyes she is using the marriage as a cover but is wanting some lady kisses on the side (or she could be getting off on the infidelity and the control she has over the mc (I think she’s the mc idk) I’m not good at explaining things at all so sorry if that made zero sense
