Because the author dropped this. She was physically and mentally abused when working on this & other stories. I think she won't ever return, let's hope someone else will pick it up.

basically, it's an infinite time loop, where Mc becomes admin on he** after absorbing the heart. And he forgets everything that happened, and so, the story goes again. We might see a way to break the loop soon i think

I agree, I'm mostly reading this because of the art, but don't say people shouldn't make their art. Maybe the person who made this, just wanted to visualize their ideas, while not being focused on money? Just give them respect for that part.
