And also in the previous chapters, sanho mentioned that tak kissing him feels so good that he always repeat the scenario of him drinking for them to kiss again. That's not what you called sexual assault or ra**, etc. They both liked it, as far as I know also, you can call it ra**/raping when the other one is being beaten physically and mentally, but from what I can see.
