I like this manwha but regarding romance and sexuality manwha have (with some exception) always issue. In this one, where s** is prominent, it's much more evident. Like the MC is supposed to be a man which seeks deep connections instead of pure sexual pleasure, which is way even though in his past life was an eunuch he's now still a virgin. He had multiple occasion to have s** and refused, and even in this same chapter he treats other clingy women with disdain (even though they evidentally love him). Yet, despite all of this, everytime we see him imagine things, behave like a horndog and now even thinking of a concubine. I think this would've been much better storywise as a full hentai, instead of having this strange dissonance.

Who in their right mind would ask the opponent if he's injured and believe his answer anyway

I feel like this is a bad turning of events from the authors. There are 3 possible scenarios here:
1) He recovers completely and miraculously. At that point, the author led us to believe that something was objectively impossible (medical opinions and all that), but instead it worked.

2) He learn something from the old trainer of his mentor, just to preserve stamina or something like that (Which is equally implausible and would be like watching an entire comic book about Jun Misugi from Captain Tsubasa)

3) He retires and we have another Hajime no Ippo situation 

I feel like i wouldn't like (not equally though) all three options
