Okay, great! Are arteries not a thing here? Because I'm pretty sure he's going down in like 5 minutes with that arm gone. He's gonna be squirting blood like ggeyser. A little less pleased smiling, a little more getting that kid to a medic!

"You'll join us, right?" Girl you are way too chipper talking to someone who you heard just tell his squad they were like family and then watched them die. Like.

Oh he is so wild. He's terrible. He's in love. I love him. What a character. What a guy! I must thank the author for Vaye. What a complex dude.

Moralless Scandal - Ch. 62

"So much for love" I get where she's coming from but girl. He loves you and hates your new partner. He was hoping for scraps, for something, for a change of heart. We knew it was never going to come but he still hoped that as long as he existed snd presented himself to you, made himself available, you wiuld change your mind. And of course his method of showing love was messed up- no denying that. Too little, too late. But finding out that you're pregnant with his enemy's kid? Of course it's over. Maybe he still loves you, but the chance that you will choose him willingly is now gone and he knows that. Maybe he wants your man dead to try and take you for himself. Maybe it's all over. But of course as much as he loves you, or loved you, now that the news is out he can't bring himself to protect you any further. Of course, you doubt he ever really loved you in the first place... their relationship is genuinely so tragic and heartbreaking. I love it.

Okay I can't lie, the relationship between Vaye and Lorena is so genuinely depressing. Two people that did genuinely love each other in the past, neither of them able to express it for varying reasons? Making the assumption that the other didn't love them which led to such tragedy in the first place? And now that the knowledge is there, that at one point the love was there on either side but it didn't change anything and almost made things worse? That the love still exists for one but damaged the other? This is so good. It's so, so good. I wish there was more like this. It's genuinely a tragedy. The love was there. It changed nothing, but it was there. Amazing. I'm in awe. I love the way the story is going but the fact that genuine love led to such a downfall is gorgeous.

No, hold on. Wait a sec. Was this the first village they reached? I hope so, because otherwise it means Leon... knew the inspector was doing this for S&Gs? He knew the orders weren't as the inspector was saying? Then why was he going along with it at all? At any point he could have had his people restrain the inspector and remove him. Instead he just... watched everything happen? Watched fire be set to the village? Watched him strike someone down for protesting injustice? What the frack?
