I think I got it but at the same time I didn't. 
However, this is the explaination I came up with. So basically the first world is just a book and when the ml died in the first world, he came to the second world aka real world. As we saw, he first thought it's just the last 7 minutes before death but he simply came to the real world. Which he also learned some new stuff about the MC and he decided to live this real world with the mc like a fresh start. And also the real world and the novel world MC is different but just same look and abit similar personality. My prediction is that when he find out a way to bring the MC to the novel, he will bring him with himself to the novel but in the scene where mc is being sold. And also that MC's soul is in novel version MC that's why he has his memories. Please tell me I understood wrong
