hes everything will be torn inside him and he gets gang r again yes I have read this b4 so I know what happened in high school.

basically the ml let's the mo get gang 🍇 again to the point everything inside him is torn up and he ends up in th hospital because turns out during in highschool era the mc sexually assaulted the ml (the pretty one) forcefully and made him miserable so now in future the ml is doing this to take his revenge he followed him for 8 years to get his revenge. when he's about to leave the hospital because his revenge is done the mc clings to him because of Stockholm syndrome? and the ml melts then corners the mc from the outside world and lock him inside his house.and years go like that the ml graduates but the mc just vanished off the face of planet aka he's still locked up then in the ending up chapters he gets treated like an literal dog.
