@Giorgi Gvencadze He's no longer useful to the plot. He stopped being useful after the yang family War ended. The error was from the start. I think the author should have made old demon come from the star boundary instead, that way he could be useful till the end. Also giving him a physical body made it practically impossible for him to continue adventuring and acting as a Wikipedia to yang kai, since yang kai likes to work alone.
