I think she is his half-sister but they lived in different houses. Then, I think she fell in love with him when she was feeling down and felt that she was special for the Duke. The kindness and generosity of the Duke deeply affected her desire too deep so she was obsessed with the Duke. 

There were cases that when they have siblings (half or biological) but live in different houses then they reunite after so many years, there are possibilities that they will attracted to each other as not siblings, but lovers (or one-sided).

I think when she divorced her husband, he will inherit and protect her family (house of pisarde). Even though she took the risk, she always prioritize her own family over his family now. I guess she thinks that without her, her husband and her son will live without problems because the Duke is a strong family.

Hosu was threatened by Mirae. Mirae will tell that Yuyu's project will have a greater loss. So Mirae suggested that if Hosu breaks up with Yuyu, Yuyu will be saved.

But in the second timeline, Mirae will find a way to separate the two but he didn't succeed. 

Yuyu didn't come back to the original timeline. 

PS. The couple ring is for Yuyu, not for Mirae.

But I am still furious to Hosu's decision. He should tell the truth to Yuyu that Mirae was threatening him for it they will come up a solution to save themselves and take a revenge to Mirae.

I think why the three young masters are simping for Irenea because she did what Louise do to the 3 young masters. She befriended them when they were young. So Louise didn't have a chance because from the very start of the story, the young masters were in love deeply with Irenea. That's the biggest mistake Irenea did because she cannot leave the mansion because of the three young masters.
