Little rant about this story
Spoiler!
I dropped it immediately after finding out the prince was the male lead. Its incredibly disappointing that the villain at the begining of the story, who was a direct cause for her suffering and downfall along with the tragic death of herself and her father, and in the end he is treated as someone redeemable. After she is reborn he suddenly changes becuase she is different in this lifetime, so he treats her well now.
This so called redemption feels so holllow. He was still a horrible person who abused and neglected her throughout her previous life, and the story never truly holds him accountable. Having the fl end up with her abuser, the one who constantly mistreated her and caused so much suffering feels so wrong on so many levels, no matter how hard the narrative tries to justify it.
