@vishi i wont said the name of the WILL cause it's a Major Spoiler, from how enkrid mind work, to his interaction with everything, also to his power.
i already said it in the list. Someone who has a WILL may not be a Knight. but a Knight is someone who can freely use a WILL. there's more qualification of a knight more than you think. if you see in the early chapter, there;s a squire. and that lone squire, which is the lowest ranking in the knight order, could turn the tide of the entire border war.
about the belief thing, its harder than you think, its just not "oh yeah i believe it so it must be work right?" back to the question, in order to manifest the WILL of cutting. do you know how to cut? and then, do you know what part to cut? then do you know how much power in order for it to be cut, then ask youself, do you have the body to exert the power to cut? then etc etc i might miss explaining this but someone might have a different intepreation of the same WILL, even tho its the same core. its like, a squire only belief his WILL of cutting can only cut a log, while a junior Knight belief of his WILL of cutting can cut a metal. the squire might learn more, train more and indulge in his belief more to make his WILL of cutting upgraded . all i said is the simplest example of WILL. some people think WILL is like AURA in some manhwa, which is kinda true. you can't use it wi*** nilly cause it drain your energy.
@vishi hmmm,in the novel they explain a detailed explanation why enkrid got the curse from the perspective of the ferryman. but i think its a major spolier one. but i can give u a hint. enkrid curse related to his core WILL. since his WILL is called "WILL of [redacted]" this WILL is a strong reflection of enkrid action and personality. you can look the hint everytime enkrid had interaction with the ferryman.

a WILL is a manifestion of a person believe, for example if a person believe, with every single nerves he had in his body, indulges deeply in that believe, he believe in his mind and his own body. without even a single shred of a doubt. that he can cut anything in his path, wether its a metal, a person, a magic even, he/she can manifest a WILL that can cut anything. the problem is, what happen if the metal is boasted as the sturdiest metal in the world by the renowned world blacksmith, what happen if the enemy you faced is not cut by your WILL the first time you used it. what happen when the spell the mage cast is literally a thunder?. are you able to believe it? are you able to kept on believing even when the first one is a failure? without a single shred of a doubt? cause even a tiny bit of a doubt can disrupt your manifestation of a WILL

rem is shamanistic. and the shaman is kinda different with the knight. rem tribe is a natural hunter, thats explain his exceptional fighting skill. but in order to catch up with the knight rem gotta use his shamanistic property. while it looks the same, its vastly different in terms. a shaman using a spirit depending on the battle, if he wish to be like a berseker, invoke a bear spirit, wanna be fast like a wind? theres the eagle. shaman also can specialised in totem artifact that can do some spell or curses. so while its almost the same in battle prowess, its also different in application
a lot of people misunderstand a knight in this world (myself included when i first read this manhwa, until i read the novel) the emphasis of a knight is a calamity is really appliable here. one of knight property is a WILL. but someone who is having a will might not reach a knighthood. they probably belong to a squire or a junior knight category ( the lady knight who came with a lua gharne fallen to this category). while the heart of a beast seems like a way of a WILL, no it didnt help much for enkrid to understand his core WILL (there'll be another story for that DW), mind you, enkrid is what you call a slow learner, all of this technique his teammate teach him is like a breathing to them. the reason they interested to teach enkrid is, enkrid didnt complaint or fussy about it. some people might learn faster than enkrid, but no one willing to learn until the end. while enkrid, if you show him something that interesting enough for him to learn, he will pester you until he can master it :)) no matter the time and condition. you bored? GO TRAINING!, you just finished your meal? GO TRAINING!!, you just had a duel with your teammate? GO TRAINING!!!. some godlike being invade your settlement and made you half death? you guessed it, a LIGHT TRAINING! :)). this is why he called the MADMEN btw :))

- Knight = using WILL. this power system using 2 fundamental, your vow and belief. - shaman = using ancrestal rite to use the power of the ancient - mage = like the usual mage in other manhwa but not that op. mage are someone who prepared before battle. they must add some artifact in order to use a big spell so they cant just spam spell wi*** nilly - clergy = use their divine energy. there's priest and paladin in this world, idk how priest work to contain their divine power, but the paladin need a strong devoutness to g** and stronger vessel to contain the divine power, thats why audin always pray and always train his body

@Ianes Grécia dont forget the other 4 who basically more stronger than them but later become their subordinate instead :)). my love for this story is simply because the mc didnt take a shortcut. he know he got a power to reset the day but never take a single shortcut until the end. what enkrid teach em is basically there's never the end.

@6th Ending his body do reset, what's not reseted is his memory. so yeah, prolly u can call muscle memory or by instinct. now about the skill. what people failed to realize is his teammate is a GENIUS. we gonna use a game term here. to summarize, all his teammate is a character level 50 with a stat of level 70 and a skill of level 100. and they teach all of that level 100 skill. to level 25 (which is enkrid). now, enkrid work like this if a repetion happen. no matter what he did, his level and stat will go back to the start of the day if he die. but not his skill level. ex, he start the day with charcter level 25, stat level 30, and skill 30, with all the fight going on, his level became 30, stat 35, and skill 35, and then he died, he became level 25, stat 30, and skill level 35. thats basically it.

@vishi im the type who read novel if the manhwa story is really good. this one in particular is great, even thought the paced is kinda slow imo. the biggest difference in the novel is prolly the lack of several character perspective toward enkrid. like in the last arc, theres some perspective from all character toward what enkrid did that make it more grand. tho i understand if that happen it will make the ch longer. overall the manhwa is great potraying the novel.

Spoiler text. man, i would like to disappoint you. but enkrid "true" will wont come out until several more arc. but if you truly pay attention, enkrid already has a foundation of his core will . i would like to inform you, in this story, will is pretty much a believe system added by aura. (kinda hard to explain, tho in novel this is what i got). to have a will is to kept your core believe, if it got shaken you will lose it.
btw, all of his teamate are fcking op. but they also depend on enkrid to become op.

imma add this since its a bit of a spoiler from the novel. enkrid wall is a trial. the purpose of it is to make enkrid despair, or accept his limit, to make him realised that he is just a mediocre people who can't reach a knighthood. as for will, you can say its aura but its more complex, its like a believe system. for example, if you truly believe with every fiber in your body that you can cut someone, you will be able to. now, enkrid himself already got a will (everyone didnt realised it, including enkrid himself) thats why he got can repeat the day if he die basically.
