 Pyeonghwa saw Incheol, finally made an effort and won the matchhit his opponent (thanks U.2998147 for that clarification). 
Its all flashback scenes after that, mainly, from Pyeonghwa's POV. like when Incheol first spoke to him, and later when he was punched  by Incheol in ch 7(i think?) and when Incheol was carrying his 'unconscious' body, he was actually awake and pretending. Then basically him being bored with his hookups and when he thought one of his hookups was coming to his house despite him telling that guy not to, Incheol coming to kiss him. After that, with Incheol's jacket left in his house, he uses it to jerk off. thinking about the blo****. he's basically thinking like - why did you play hard to get. coming back to present, we see Incheol leaving the ring, and Pyeonghwa getting dropped by his opponent. Later on, he's rushing back to his apartment ig and fainting after bleeding from his nose, while the doctor's warning plays in his mind.n
