@Poodlecoconut like to expand here on my thought, i think its a villain trying to do to many things. He has the hate for heros like stain. But also has the "glorious evolution" mindset of old viktor. And wants revenge on the people who started, but also the people who stopped the experiments... like pick a struggle dude you make no sense.
