I don't see how it's a Shonen. There's no action, it's literally a romance targeted to young audiences which characterizes it as a shoujo to me.

jeongmin is emotionally stunted. Did we just forget the horrific bullying she endured for a year?? She has no idea of how to navigate relationships, especially with bad examples around her like her mother who married an abusive person, and the "friends" around her were all her enemies before being "close" with her.
