it's the movie, of what happened in the past, but obviously it is not a replica of it because they don't know what happened, only Ai and Kamiki do.

nam is who he got with, and they are very much happy together. lim became a druggie and seems to accept that he killed the uke, even having said this himself, although this can also be taken as a metaphor for letting him go since he was cruel to him.
