we have to connect all of it to the prophecy of three worlds and look for clues.

what i am now refresing to is the second world prophecy that says-

first line here can be the world govt or imu killing the previous awakener of nika (joyboy most likely) and then taking hold of the highest altitude on the world that is the holy land marygeoise which is abive ths clouds and hence ascended cuz immortality heaven and sky are closely related in common man's words

the g** of sea became enraged.
now this part is tricky cuz the ZAZA we see in this chapter is named g** of rain. the oceas and seas are said to have a major major effect on the world's climate and weather so there is a non zero probability the g** of rain is just same as g** of sea that became enraged and then tried sinking the world.
we have a very good reason to guess that G** OF SEA is shirahoshi and hence also the supposed ancient weapon.

BUT rain and climate and wind have been associated with MONKEY D DRAGON by the fandom for good reasons so maybe shirahoshi is purely an ancient weapon and the next important character is going to be dragon who is the g** of rain

1. Gege akutami never killed for character development except maybe junpei and nanami. Gege akutami just got bored with his own story and rushed it into oblivion and trashed the entire story which could have been the next greatest thing to sit at the top of a generation after Attack on titan.

2. Her being alive wil create a lot of issues in the future realms and plans of fang liang. His interactions with people were actually very important further down the story. if he has another person to think with him and help him then his decisions will seem out of place.

3. Yes we need authors who kill characters where it is required. REQUIRED BEING THE KEY WORD. required here cuz he originally needed to be someone different than he is rn
NOTE - i personally am fine with this development because i have already finished the novel so i would like to watch a new story unfold. But i am concerned because if the studio changes a lot then they will spiral the story into something unrecognizable as this story will go on for 1500+ at the very least

cuz he can breathe lightning as an extra power apart from being a dragon and nikka had the extra power of being like rubber so lightning does not harm rubber
