@Ning0my Read the room. If you don't like the novel, quietly leave and read other stories. There's no need for you to announce it in here after commenting your hate for the female lead. It rubbed me the wrong way seeing comments like this in such heart-rending chapter.

@Ning0my She did not. Regression means the character return back to a specific point in time with almost all or most of their memories, more like a time travel. In her case, she mentioned in Chapter 1 that she remembered being an orphan who froze to death likely in the modern era before, then reincarnated as Sasha and futher explained some details from the novel that occurred after their confinement where "Sasha" and the brothers have already become villains. So, she basically did not have the whole grasp of their current situation.

How is she dumb? She did her best, and don't forget that she's also still a child who just happened to know some surface level information of the future. She experienced everything firsthand, hence prone to be traumatized by what happened as well. Can't she grieve? Is she dumb already just because she become a little mentally unstable or emotional for a while? Knowing some things doesn't mean you'll immediately become coldhearted or very intelligent like you want her to be. Remember that she did not transmigrate nor came back from the past as the 'adult' Sasha. She sees, feels, and treats everyone as a real living person and everything as her own life rather than merely a fictional character and story from someone's imagination. 

Plus, it's funny to see how easy for you to say that 'she could've saved everyone' as if you did not witness how hard she pulled herself together to remain sane and take care of Estelle, as well as the two brothers, after being locked up for a long time, even though Sasha herself is already on the verge of breaking down. It's as if we're not reading the same thing, or you're just incapable of being empathetic and understanding of her circumstances.

Seems like these kind of realistic novels are simply not for you, so good bye. You probably just like those brainless revenge stories with Mary Sue characters.

@(๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ Niko I agree about Jaekyung not being rapist because they have a contract, and he gave Dan a chance to refuse before. Jaekyung revealed all of his demands and past history in the first place, so it's really up to Dan if he's going for it. Also, it's not Jaekyung's responsibility to care and meddle about Dan's affairs because they only have a contractual and physical relationship. They both have their needs and intention, and happen to benefit from each other (Jaekyung with Dan's body, and Dan with Jaekyung's money).

However, I still consider him as a red flag because of his temper (it's really scary, but gladly, this chapter proves that Jaekyung still have some sort of rationality, and won't just punch anyone unless you really provoked him) and very overbearing and domineering behavior (which causes a major power imbalance between them). Once that's fixed, Jaekyung will probably become the tsundere-type and a pouty brat with Dan.

Random thoughts: I can see that once Dan became comfortable with Jaekyung, he'll be like a warm sunshine (because I really see these two as a sunshine x grumpy troupe) that will fix Jaekyung's rough edges, and if I'm right, I believe Jaekyung will fall first without him knowing about it (then cue the classic jealousy arc).
