@Satan Black Dragon Witch is the female guild leader of the Black Dragon Guild. And the Flame dude is permanently dead because he already did that. If he were to go to that place around the same time as before he would see himself killing that psychopath.

@phun It's multiple towers around the world from the outside, but they all lead to the same tower on the inside.

@Butterfly  It's only a few chapters that he's pathetic. After that he's gonna make waves in the tower no one has ever seen before because, although the skill he just got is super OP, it has a downside that ruins it without some other skill to change things to his advantage. And in the next few chapters, that skill is going to manifest and he will live up to the name of this manhwa.

Leave the guy alone, it's not like he was offered a selection to choose from. And that design shows that the tail is heavily armored.
