@Empty Skies nah japan doesn't have nukes and even after WW2 (obviously), in modern times since they adopted the three Non-Nuclear principles which prohibited themselves from making any nuclear bombs nor will USA even allow them in the first place, but since there is no USA to enforce this type of principles to them there is a possibility later in the manga that they will make nukes if they have the resources ofcourse.
