Well mc's sad was grapes bye mc's mother upon the command of royal family. Mc's sad was given sedative or something to mistake mc's mom as his original wife.

The real culprit is his majesty's chamberlain , that old man. Emperor's lover, empress and his half brother  are innocent. Empress and emporer's half brother loves each other . they never had any intention to harm his majesty. The reason for that old butler's betrayal is his love for Halcyon 🙂.

Mc's mother is one of the worst mother . She is the one who revealed their whereabouts to the emperor, she wanted fl to die just so her son can live a better life. She married her second husband immediately after fl's dad fled with fl after she was born. She tried to sacrifice fl to the emperor when she got pregnant with her second child. She also did some very disgusting thing to the fl but at the end her second husband and 2 childrens abandoned her for her disgusting nature and rotten mild. She is a heartless mother.
