@Toto   I Think That the dragon who's image we saw in the dessert ruins where he fought the cultist and the abomination had 4 Horn's on his hed each representing an element of magic like lightning water fire and earth and he has already obtained the fire and lightning one and I think he will be able to awken his dragon bloodline after he collects all the horns cause the person we saw in the temple of mirrors said that he was the successor to a Dragon's power 
But all of this is just my speculation
