Fyi this is all ages edition. In raws they dont have this edition but only mature ver so thats why in sm** scenes they're uncensored
TAN also makes an uncensored version in english for checkmate but it has less chapter. Right now its has like 56 chaps ongoing. You can try searching for mature version on some sites like batoto. But don't forget to support the author too

So throughout karlyle's time being with Ash, he sees ash as a special person since ash treats karlyle differently compare to how his family treated him. He talks sweetly with karlyle, letting out a sweet smile and etc. Karlyle developed a strange feeling that he never experienced before which is love. He would try his best to make ash happy in order not to let ash leave him. (Basically wanted to stick with ash). He also became annoyed when seeing ash with another person. Maybe he's worried if ash became close with another person, he'll left karlyle alone. Making him bare with the pain without anybody to help. Alright that's all i guess. You do can read it for free by logging in everyday and collect atleast 3 bonus coins. Each chapter cost 3 of them, bonus coins and "coins" [that you can get by spending real money] ← normal coins
One way to catch up faster is that you can try and read on other sites first until you reach the latest chapter then read it legally on lezhin with bonus coins. For example, chapter 77 is currently the latest on lezhin and the latest here is chapter 75.
