Human Face Disease: This is the disease that caused the downfall of Xianle (XL's kingdom). It causes you to have little human faces on you body. Many people tried burning or cutting off the little faces to get rid of them, which is what XL was referencing.

In case anyone was wondering, a stick of incense can last anywhere from about 5 minutes to an hour, but in this series it usually means about 30 minutes. So they're saying XL's second ascension lasted less that 30 minutes :
